TalePulse (Vietnamese name Hóng Truyện, formerly HÓNG) is developed and operated by the individual Vũ Thị Thúy (“we”). By using the app or the website you agree to these terms.

1. Account

Sign in with your own Google account and enter your real birth year. The birth year drives age labels and spending limits, so it can be set only once; contact us to fix a mistake.

2. Coins (“Sồi”) and unlocking episodes

• Sồi is an in-app unit bought through Google Play or the App Store and used to unlock paid episodes.
• Sồi cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred between accounts and does not expire while the account is active.
• Unlocked episodes can be replayed without limit in the app and on the web when signed in with the same account. An episode's video (if any) opens with the same access: free episodes are free to watch, paid episodes once unlocked, at no extra Sồi.
• Short Videos — short story previews — are free to watch without an account.
• Refunds of coin purchases follow the policy of the store you bought from. When a purchase is refunded, the matching coins are deducted.
• Users under 18 have a monthly spending limit.

3. Content

Stories, scripts, audio and video on TalePulse belong to us. You may listen, read and watch for personal use and share links to stories or videos, but you may not copy, download, re-upload to other platforms, publicly perform or resell them. Some stories contain horror, implied violence or mature themes and carry age labels.

Many episodes have two audio versions: the original voice track and a post-produced version with music and sound effects. We may change which version an episode plays at any time; episodes you unlocked keep their access, and the app returns you to the sentence you were on.

4. Prohibited conduct

Do not interfere with the app or servers, use automated tools to download content, or exploit bugs to obtain coins or unlock episodes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app or at the account deletion page. Remaining coins and unlocked episodes are lost with the account and are not refunded.

6. Limitation of liability

We try to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If a paid episode cannot be played because of our fault, contact us for a coin refund.
